Some questions
many of our Clients Ask/Answer during their Transactional
Analysis Coaching/Mentoring sessions with Steve:
- WHAT OUTCOME/GOAL/END RESULT DO I WANT/ASPIRE TO?
Get clarity about what I want/aspire to. Visualize it.
- WHAT IS MY MOTIVE FOR DOING THIS?
Am I doing this because I feel that I should, ought to,
or have to do this or am I doing this because I want to?
Is this a step in the process to attain my aspiration?
- WHY DON'T I ALREADY HAVE WHAT I WANT?
Get clarity about what roadblocks I am allowing to keep
me from achieving it.
- WHAT PROCESS WILL LEAD ME THERE?
Develop a process or plan that will move me toward what
I want.
- WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE RIGHT NOW TO MOVE ME TOWARD
GETTING WHAT I WANT?
All the planning in the world will not be worth anything
if I take no action. If I wait until I have the perfect
plan, I will probably not accoplish much. Motive/Action.
- HOW CAN I MEASURE MY PROCESS?
The results I get from my process will be the measurement
of how my process is working.
- HOW CAN I IMPROVE THE PROCESS BASED ON NEW INFORMATION
I HAVE LEARNED?
I will use feedback to constantly improve the process.
